Our Inspiration for Essentially Soulitude came from our life experiences incorporating the tools and skills we use to help us navigate those experiences. 

Sharyn is a Cosmic Coach - working with people to understand their Why. She's a Breathwork Facilitator and Teacher, Soulful Business Coach, and Natural Astrologer. Sharyn's mission is to encourage herself (and others) to experience life to the full and not just exist through it, her name S.H.A.R.Y.N encapsulates her belief that your most Sacred Heart Action is in Remembering Your Nature. She brings all her life experiences and learning into each session to create an experience of remembering that is as unique as the person sitting with her.

Viv is a holistic healer under the rainbow of Essentially Evolving. She’s a Core Shamanic Practitioner, Emotional Aromatherapy Adviser, Aromapressure Practitioner and Dream Guide. Viv’s mission is to support people to be their best, intentional amazing selves. Viv business partners with doTERRA to source her essential oils because their ethics and care for the planet mirrors her own. It also supports her passion for personal evolution with simple solutions which she brings to her healing sessions.

"When my action orientated life caught up with me and I experienced burn out, I realised I needed a different approach. It was then that I met the natural cycles and rhythms of the cosmos and realised my invitation was to reflect this in my life, so began my journey into Soulitude. Meeting my soul in the quiet of the breath, with the cycles of the moon, taking true care of myself and exploring deep soul listening"

"During my childhood, I experienced a lot of disempowering situations and environments. I needed to find my voice, my power and myself amongst the chaos of the world. Over many years, I dabbled in many different healing modalities until finding my home amongst the simplicity and magic of the ancient wisdom of shamanism and essential oils"
