Who am I? Why am I here? What am I becoming? These are some of my favourite questions.

One day I will host personal retreats where people can step away from life for a brief moment to quest into Soulitude. Finding themselves deep within. Until I find my meadow and woodland cabin, I'm offering little nuggets of personal retreat space online (or in person if you're in or around York, UK)

My dream is that you will come to know yourself in such a deep way that you will never again forget the beauty of your nature. That you feel empowered to navigate this wonderful gift called life in stress-free alignment and flow.
