In our Cosmic Coaching sessions, there is an opportunity for you to introduce breathwork into your exploration. I predominantly work with conscious connected breath, and I've included a explanation of the simple steps under this post. It is a powerful and activating breath that has supported me tremendously from the moment I became aware of it. It has every range of breath you could possibly need, as it responds to your body in the moment. Activating, meditative, inquisitive, healing and everything in between. You choose and you engage with the breath in the moment during the session.
Breath is an empowering practice. A relationship between you and yourself. As a facilitator I will create a well held space for you to go on your own journey, but the last three words, your own journey, are the key words. The breath has it's own wisdom and used with intent will go where you most need it, be that your physical body (Earth), your emotional body (Water), your intellectual body (Air), your energetic body (Fire), your heart (Love), or anywhere else it needs to go.
Your infinite self will take care of you at all times, I am here to support your journey, it is my intention that we connect on a deep level as we take our first breath together, committing to work gracefully together.

Here are the 4 simple steps to conscious connected breath.
1. Leave no pause. There is no space at the top or bottom of your breath, the inhale and the exhale are fully connected.
2. Be aware of your breath, breathe with your whole body, from the depths of your belly to the top of your chest and back, consciously
3. Be active on the inhale, drawing in what you need. And passive on the exhale, letting go of what no longer serves you.
4. Breathe with your mouth open as if you are biting from an apple or saying wOw! (you can breathe through your nose for a more gentle experience)

2. I certify that I have taken medical advice relating to any physical, mental or emotional condition that may impair my judgement, or have any affect on my physical health, and am able to undertake breathwork.
3. I understand that medical conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar, epilepsy, heart conditions, extremes of blood pressure, glaucoma, a history of heart conditions or aneurysm, recent abdominal surgery and delicate or early pregnancy, can be contraindications to conscious connected breathwork.
4. I understand that if I am taking any strong medications or have any medical conditions then I must discuss with the facilitator before I attend a session.
5. I understand and acknowledge that Sharyn with a Why's event(s) or discussion(s) or sessions(s) :
a) are not intended to replace any relationship I have with my medical doctor and/or primary health care provider(s);
b) are not intended to constitute medical advice or any substitution for medical care; are not intended to be relied on for prescriptions, recommendations, diagnosis or treatment in relation to any health problem or disease;
c) are not intended to constitute financial or business advice nor are they a substitution for regulated financial advice
6. I understand that whilst every care is taken, the facilitator will not be liable for any damage or injury resulting from my practice.
